The man that walked up was no complete stranger as he had been working with a plumber all week at the man’s house, the thief had made a return trip over the weekend to snatch tools, equipment, and a 4-wheeler. The sheriff’s office reviewed the case and carried out with an arrest. Come to find out he had 3 warrants to connect with this mishap.
