There are very few hunters that are alllowed to hunt at night and you have to have the proper registration to do so. USAMUs MSGT Pinkston is so authorized to do so in Georgia with his thermal scope. Do not try this at home guys.
Hog hunting at night can be dangerous for obvious reasons. The lack of visibility is always a concern especially when you are with other hunters. It is advised that you stay close and use glow lights on your back, not your front cause then the hogs could see them. Even one better is having a thermal scope as the hunters in this video do. The thermal imaging scope used by these hunters make night hunting a lot safer while giving a huge tactical advantage. You can easily see the hogs even at the distance of over one hundred yards.
