Congrats to a fine trophy, I don´t know a´bout this ones meat.
I myself prefere the young ones, small abt. 1 yr old.
We do hunt these in Estonia and Sweden from towers at night when the moon is full. They come to feeding places during winter, it can be cold (abt. -20 centigrades). Bowhunting is not so common here, most hunters use win .308.
