Bill Hoppe hunts the Rocky Mountain Elk and shows a closer look at the North Yellowstone Wolves population control. The initial intent was to introduce these wolves with a controlled number. This has not held up and that’s the focus of this video. Eye of the Hunter goes further into this with Bill and looks at the effect government placed wolf population has on elk and deer hunters. See more here about these issues at hand, and how the thousands of elk migration numbers have turned to hundreds at Paradise Valley, Montana.

Bill Hoppe is my grandfather and he is absolutely right about the wolves in Yellowstone national park. i have lived in Gardiner all my life and i have never seen the 1000 head of elk that my grandfather talks about. And that is simply because there isn’t the same number of elk, deer, sheep, or any wildlife for that matter. The numbers of wildlife have dropped so rapidly because of the wolves that it is outrageous!
