Cook It Raw Pt. III: One Story | Tips
About Video
Uploaded on 23 November, 2015
Alessandro Porcelli, founder of Cook It Raw, brings together a group of talented people to an island where everyone sheds their daily lives, and leave behind technology and other distractions to work together as a team. The group draws from the spirit of the past from a culture that relied on sustainability to survive in the wilderness.
Every member of the group learn to see new things about nourishment and holistic preparation of food as they forage in the forest and river to find ingredients to cook. Putting aside competitiveness, the group grows together through the positive synergy of their involvement with each other. They bring what they learn to the city, and prepare a feast for feedback and critique that will hopefully start a momentum of change to Alberta’s culinary scene.

I enjoyed Part I and Part II, and definitely loved Part III. Very well presented, and educational! Thank you for sharing all three parts with the public!
