Gary Sitton is a life long hunter whose safaris have stretched to almost all 7 continents. Gary is originally from Abilene, TX and is a roofing contractor, however most of his time is spent either following tracks, in a blind, or glassing mountains. West Texas isn’t known for its elk and most hunters would overlook the region when trying to find the best place to take a mature bull. He wanted to take a chance on these smaller herds of Texas elk and travel west
Nestled in the Davis Mountains is the CF Ranch and it is home to some of the finest elk hunting in the southwestern U.S. Gary teams up with one of CF’s guides on an exciting elk hunt and finds himself in a game paradise with more hunting than he could have bargained for.
