While out scouting with his brother-in-law for deer, Michael Althaus found a haven for big game when they find more than what they were looking for – mule deer, elk, and bear. Returning to the high country of Colorado for his deer season, Michael carries a tag each for elk and bear as well. He finds the unexpected and is greatly rewarded for being well prepared.
