Last week the Hooké tribe got together in Bonaventure to fish for Salmon and Striped Bass.
Just recently striped bass fishing opened for catch and release only between Campbeltown and Cap-Gaspé. The population of striped bass in the southern Gulf is experiencing an increase. This is not the same population as in the estuary of the St. Lawrence which was re-introduced since 2002. This video is a series of 3 videos which we shot in Bonaventure part two will be coming soon.
