As seen in the KUIU film contest, this is Bow Hunt Downunder’s 2016 highlight Showreel.

“Australia is one of the driest continents on Earth, and harbors some of the most unique animals on the planet. These native animals now share their home and compete for food and water with a lot of other introduced animals that also roam wild through out the Australian bush. Hunting is one method used to help keep these introduced animals under control.

A little over 18 months ago saw Jerry and I hunt together for the first time. We shared common interests and both of us live to hunt, and capturing hunts on film is just something else we have pretty much always done. We had talked in the past about the idea of teaming up and combining our thoughts and abilities to see what we could come up with. After a few more hunts to various parts of this amazing country of ours we decided on an internet based series showcasing Australia’s vast hunt rich landscapes as seen through our eyes as we search for and hunt wild boar, deer and a variety of other introduced game. Here is a little taste of what’s to come as we share with you our adventures as we Bow Hunt Down Under.” – Jerry Redman & Brad Smith
