Watch as Nick Boley (owner of Windy Ridge Outfitting pulls trail camera footage that is rare, and quite disturbing as a deer beds down as a resting place of passing from the effects of EHD (epizootic hemorrhagic disease. The late September cam encounter shows the nine-point buck appear fine but then minutes later everything changed.
The escapade of scavenging from coyotes and vultures soon follows spanning over 2 weeks of of trail cam footage in this small watering hole. Viewer discretion is advised. How do you feel about EHD?

EHD is caused by biting midges, it is not contagious from one deer to another. It is usually worse when there is a lot of rain when a lot of midges hatch.
